Just wanted to say a little thank you to all the words of inspiration and prayers for our little family. There have been so many people that have helped us thru the last couple of days and it means so much.
I want to say thanks to Nick, my cousin, I don't think I can ever thank him enough for giving a blessing to our little angel. I know that he was in the area for a reason. Him and his wife Kim are always there for us and I don't feel like we are there enough for them. We will make it up to them by letting them watch Chesney when she is being a little turd!! We love you guys!!
To our family for always listening to us when we are feeling scared, or angry, or just need to talk about what she is going thru it makes it easier to let all those feelings out.
I just want to tell Matt how much he means to me!! He has been the strongest person I have ever met and I know it is killing him as much as it is me. But he is being strong for his two girls! I know just like every dad he wanted a little boy to play catch with and take fishing and hunting. And I know that Chesney will be right by his side doing all of those things because she has the best daddy in the world!! Thanks babe for being my everything!! I love you more then you will ever know and more then I can even describe. I know we will make it through this and we grow from it.

Update on Chesney
Just a little note mostly for me to remember. Chesney's billirubin is pretty high, so she has been placed on a light blanket as well as have lights bars all around her isolet. The billirubin makes her pretty tired and she is having a hard time remembering to breath. It is so hard to watch her go thru these episodes but they say all premies do this and it is perfectly normal. Today was one of those bad days they warned us about and it has been an emotional rollercoster for us.
Another Baby comes to the Robbins Family
Proud Daddy and Grandparents
He weighed 7 lbs 6 oz and was 20 inches long. After another quick drive, this time by Dusty,
to Ogden he was born after only an hour of pushing. Again no time for an epidural! When these
Robbins' babies decide to come into this world there is no messing around. He is such a perfect little man and I am sure he is gonna be a protector of Chesney. It is so weird to hold him after being with her it makes him feel so big!

The Hardest Thing I Have ever Had to do
Well about 11 this morning they discharged me from the hospital. I never thought I would ever say that I did not want to leave a hospital but I didn't. We are at a loss on what to do living an hour away from where our baby will be the hardest test I think we will have to endure. We are gonna stay at a hotel a couple days and week and prob just drive down the rest of the time.
Chesney is doing really good! They gave her a little bit of caffine in her IV today to remind her to breath. Sometimes I think we all need a little caffine IV, I know I could use some. They let me hold her last night for about fifteen mins, I was in heaven. It is so hard to not be able to touch her and hold her but we know that her getting all the rest and quite time she can is what will help her develop the fastest.
The nurse today asked Matt and I if we had much red in our hair or anyone in the family a red head, because she is the most firery little one she has seen. Chesney definatley is a fighter like her dad and that makes me so proud. She is so strong and helps me to become stronger. It is really hard but I am trying. Yesterday was pretty tough becuase I think the adrealine rush had wore off and reality set it. I know that with Heavenly Fathers help we will get thru this.

Angels rush in where others fear to go
As I type this it is still all to sureal still! Well as you read from the last post a year ago, we were trying to have a baby. AND after some medical help we were blessed in Feburary to become pregnant!! I think that it was just barely starting to sink in that we were actually pregnant.
Our little angel decided that she was ready to come into this world and meet her parents! I was only 29 weeks along and she still had 11 weeks before her due date of November 3rd. Still can't imagine that I am writing SHE!! We did not find out what we were going to have we wanted it to be a surprise although we pretty much were convinced it was a boy. WRONG!! I told Matt she was sick of being a called boy so she came out early to show us she was definately not a boy.
I had been having pre term labor for about a week and a half, but of course being my first baby I just thought the misery is what came along with pregnancy. I went down to St. George to visit my mom and have her take care of me. We went to the doctor down there because I was not feeling the baby move much. Well they said everything was fine. When I got home we went to the doctor again and they said everything was ok, just go home, rest and drink lots of water. Well that night I did not sleep at all the contractions were pretty bad. So again we headed to the doctor. He gave me some medication that would stop the labor. Well, I did not get it in time.
Matt left for work yesterday about 6:30, I tried to go back to sleep. About 7:15 my water BROKE! Luckily my mom was still in town I ran downstairs told her it broke and everything after that is pretty much a blur. I called Matt and he ran home, his mom came over and we were on our way. Our Doctor is in Ogden and being as early as she was I am so thankful that we made it here. After a short 35 min drive which usually takes an hour, and contractions every five mins we made it here with twenty mins to spare. We got to the hospital at 8:40 and she Was born at 9:02! They barely had got the IV in and we were delivering. Everything went great!! Matt got a little woosie and had to lay on the floor and have some orange juice.
We are just so greatful for our little girl! Life has totally changed for us and we would not want it any other way. We have never felt a love like this and know nothing will ever change that!!
