Ready to Hibernate, see ya in the Spring

I know this is blurry but I wanted to show off the cubby face we are getting

Thanks mom for on the food and hard work that went into it, we love you
Attempt at a Family Picture

Impossible to get a pic of her without her sticking that tongue out

Her tongue is half as long as her face, guess we know she got one thing from her mom

First Dress and First Thanksgiving

We are so ready for life to slow down for a little while and have things get back to normal, whatever normal may be. We moved into a new place the weekend before Thanksgiving, then we headed to mom's and stayed there for 10 days, and to have Turkey day there. It was a great time just relaxing and be in warmer weather. On Thanksgiving day Matt's Dad Kirby passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was so strong, stronger then anyone I know, he went thru alot and it is comforting to know that he is no longer in pain. We will do everything we can to make sure that Chesney knows how great of a man her grandpa was. He got to see her about a week before he passed, he said how beautiful she was and that he loved her so much. I know that he will be watching over her!! We attended the funeral in Salt Lake and then went to the graveside in Duchesne. Mom and Judd came up to watch Chesney, I don't know what I would do with out them. Sure they are sick of me by now. I am thinking we just need to purchase a small airplane for all the traveling we do. Or just move closer :) Chesney is doing great. Mom commented on her little rolls on her legs, they are so cute and fun to see her getting chubby! She is up to 8.5 pounds! Not sure how long she is but it seems like she is growing taller faster then she is growing out!! Nothing else really new with her which is good. She is still have her night time crying which hopefully she will just grow out of. We tried the formula and she did not want to take it at all, so guess I will just keep trying here and there. Last time we went to the doc he said we needed to make it through the winter keeping he quarentined and then she should be able to be around people. It has been so hard not being able to show her off!! But it is what is best for her. So we are going into our little cave and will come out when the flowers do!! We will see how that goes! She is going to be going in to get her RSV shots soon, they are pretty expensive but well worth it. I am definatley making Matt go with me after our last shot experience. Well enough for now. I am gonna post some pics, pretty funny ones I think. If you know Chesney she has always played with her tongue even when she was so tiny and in the NICU. It is her bestfriend. So we were trying to take pics of her in her first dress on thanksgiving and you will see what we got. So cute!!

Been a long time

I know, I know......it has been quite awhile since I have posted anything. I find my days go by very quickly and I hold my baby for every minute of it. Then as soon as her daddy gets home I fix dinner and do what little house work I can. We are busy and loving every minute of it. We recently moved into a different house which is smaller and I actually love cause it is less to clean and less stairs!! Matt got his hours cut back to 40 hours a week which I love cause we get three days to spend with our Daddy!! We came down to mom's for Thanksgiving, Matt got the whole week off! We are loving being down in the warmer weather, seeing mom, dad, and judd and getting to sleep in! Chesney is loving being spoiled, mom trys to go shopping here and there but she is getting more and more of a momma's girl......

Chesney is up to 7 pounds now and about 19 inches feels like she is groing more and more everyday! She is becoming more cuddly which I absolutely love! She has one heck of a temper, she does not like to be naked hence her not liking her bath at all. And when she gets mad watch out she gets very mad. She was having reflux really bad so I took her to the doctor he gave her some Zantac that we give her three times a day and she hates it. But it seems to be helping she is not as fussy as she was. He seemed to indicate that she has colic.....may have to put her on a formula but that will be a last resort!!

Due Date!

Playing with her hair
So November 3rd was Chesney's original due date! Of course as we all no she did not want to have a winter birthday and came 11 weeks early. I could not imagine waiting almost three more months to meet our little princess. She has been home for 3 weeks now and the time has flown by! There have been plenty of sleepless nights, some tears, lots of laughs and smiles. She is the light of my life, I never knew you could love something so much! She has so much personality already, we can tell she is gonna be quite the character and will always want to be the center of attention, of course where she should be! So Judd is telling me that I am doing a horrible job not updating the blog everyday! Well ther really isn't too much going on in our lives right now besides eating, sleeping and pooping!! Which we could not ask for anything more!! Chesney is not aloud to have her hands out because if she does she is constantly scracthing her face then looking at me screaming wondering who hurt her. We only have three outfits with cuffs so she usually has socks on her hands. She is starting to fit into newborn clothes which really excites me cause now we have tons of options as what to wear!! She is up to 6 pounds!

Happy Halloween

Chesney just loves to play dress up! Can't you tell!! She is our little pumpkin! We have been working all week on eating and gaining weight, I swear that she is having a growth spurt, all she wants to do is eat, eat and eat!! Which is great for her and turns out good for me, great weight loss program, still lots more to go though! She is up to 5 lbs 14 oz almost 6 lbs. Anyways she went to the doctor yesterday for her two month checkup and we all know what comes with that SHOTS!! Well needless to say mom can't even watch Daisy get shots let alone her tiny little baby! She did pretty good she cried but calmed down pretty quick! That is until we got home and she woke up and was obviously in horrible pain, she was screaming so hard and holding her breath that she almost passed out. I was in shock and paniced didn't know what to do, luckily mom was right there and she grabbed her and had to yell at her really loud to make her breath. Long story short we called Kristin she ran right out and got some infant tylenol and the rest of the night was pretty good. I am scared today every time she starts to cry, it might end up in holding her breath. I have seen babies get mad and throw fits but never have I seen anything like that. SCARY!! I am certainly rethinking have four kids :) I am always worrying and stressing about her. It gets a little better each day but is still overwhelming. Mom is going home Monday, lets just not go there.
