11 Months

One more month and she will be one, can't believe it everytime those words come out of my mouth. We have had a pretty rough go for the las month. I decided to wean Ches and it seems like ever since it has been a struggle with her health. Nothing major thank goodness. She first got and ear infection, went on anitbiotics, got thrush, which took two weeks to get better, then she got a fever for three days then got a rash! The doctor said she has Rosiola which my mom said she got all the time as a kid! As far as not nursing she is doing really good has her moments but is taking the bottle well. She does not like baby food, she doesnt eat that much but I keep telling myself she is pretty little. We got her pics done and they are amazing even though we did not get one smile out of her. I need to take more pics and update more for my sake so I can remember it. Just the last few days she is CRAWLING. Dont know if I am ready but she is doing it. I think she would rather be walking!! At the doctor she weighed 15lbs 10 ozs, she is gettin big but still tiny!

10 Months

We went to Idaho for my aunt and uncle's 50th Anniversay party it was so much fun and loved seeing alot of family that we have not seen for a very long time!!

Chesney turned 10 months old, and as usual I can't believe she is already that old. She is getting so big it makes me sad and happy at the same time. I miss the cuddly little one that I could just watch lay and sleep. But I love seeing her become her own little person. She has quite the personality and I love it. She is not afraid of anything, well take that back the last couple days she has been afraid of our dog Daisy and Elmo.  But she loves to be crazy, she loves to scream and she is always talking. She loves her jumper, and she loves to eat. She didn't know what to think of it at first but is startin to like it more and more. We took her to an Alergenist at Primary Childrens, because her dad is allergic to everything and I wanted to know what to do so she wasn't. The best news was that allergies are NOT genetic!! YAY!! he also said there is no way to prevent them. I weighed her this morning and she weighed 15.4 she is just a little girl. She is getting her bottom two teeth they just popped thru she has taken it pretty well with the help of teething tablets and tylenol. I can't wait to see what she looks like with teeth.

9 Months

Chesney turned 9 months on May 18th!! At her checkup she weighed 14.2 and was 26" long. She is doing good growing. She is growing up too fast. She crawls just not the normal way, I have a feeling nothing Chesney does will be normal, she is very stubborn. She crawls backwards on her head, I don't know if she will ever crawl right because she can get where ever she wants that way. Just takes awhile longer. We spent two weeks in St. George while Matt was working in North Dakota. It was hard to be away from him and he was worried that she would forget him, which of course she didn't.  But we sure did enjoy the weather and being spoiled. Her grammy spoiled her so much, she doesn't want to be put down, unless of course to walk. Grammy showed her that she could walk while being held under the arms and now that is all she wants to do!! She can touch in her walker now and go backwards if she has shoes on. She is such a lovey baby she loves to give kisses and hugs, she even squeezes ya. She has started lauging and it is so cute! She loves to talk and even sings when you turn up the music!!

A few of the things Chesney is doing

Chesney is sitting up on her own, with a few falls here and there. Mom is not too far away when she is sitting! The next pictures are of her arching her back, that is how she crawls, she go everywhere backwards. She is constantly doing it during diaper changes, getting dressed, in bed, everywhere. Hoping it is a stage she will grow out of. Her grandpa says that she has to be very strong to do it, he remembers having to do that in high school wrestling and said it was very hard. When she is not on her back we can sometimes get her on her belly but she usually buries her face and throws a fit. So for now she has giving up on rolling over and just arches her back. Ches turned 8 months old this past Sunday and I can't  believe it. It really is flying by, I find myself saying that alot!!

1st Easter

Look at that face!!!
Chesney is just amazing us everyday, she is developing such a little personality and it is so fun to watch. She loves to be entertained, which is all the time lately. She is such a busy little girl...can only imagine what she will be like when she starts crawling and can actually go where she wants. She will never stop. I love to shop for her, there are so many cute clothes it is dangerous. Problem is she does not like to get dressed. It takes both Matt and I to get her dressed after bath time she arches her back and screams the whole time. What's it gonna be like when I try to put pig tails in her hair??? We have started feeding her rice cereal here and there sometimes she is interested sometimes not. Here are a few pics...

My baby is growing up!

Chesney is getting so big. Well not size wise she is still pretty tiny, as I am sure most girls are. I am not sure of her weight we go to the doctor on Tuesday. I assume she is somewhere in the 13 pound range. She is rolling over like crazy she tries to get up on her knees but just gets angry and buries her face. I am fine with that cause I have a feeling once she gets going there will be no stopping her. She loves to walk around the house and see everything. She is so interested in looking at everything, she is very aware. I have got her to giggle a couple times, it is so cute. She is starting to sit up on her on, she does pretty good until she trys to reach for something. We are going on Tuesday for her last RSV shot and hopefully to get the go ahead and be able to take her around more people. I am having spring fever and can't wait to go to the park and for stroller walks. Mostly to just be outside, but we all know how Wyoming is and winter is still out ther lurking.
